Without ink, dye or pain, the color is created by layering oxides in a way that shapes the way light reaches your eye, creating the color that you see shimmering within the glass. Here we find a brilliant creation of a square glass bead, 3/4" wide and 1" long. Imbued with a deep red color, the front surface seems brushed with a golden, iridescent color that catches the light and glistens into a kaleidoscope of colors.
